Texas RioGrande Legal Aid (TRLA) is a nonprofit organization that provides free civil legal services and related education to low-income and disadvantaged residents living in the 68 counties of central, south, and west Texas. TRLAs mission is to promote the dignity, self-sufficiency, security, and stability of low-income residents of Texas. As the largest provider of free civil legal services in Texas and the third largest in the nation, TRLA serves approximately 25,000 income-eligible clients per year.
